    As a working mom who commutes two hours a day to and from work, sedentary, sitting a lot, I noticed that my body composition was changing over the years and I was just not happy. And although I am in the health and wellness space and industry, know a lot about macronutrients and tracking your macros and working out, I could not get over this slump, this hump. And so finally last year May I made the best decision and that was to hire 3V Training. They have helped me tremendously to start seeing progress in my journey. They're very professional, very organized, always on time. And they're just inspiring and encouraging in my journey. WE ARE 3V TRAINING

From a young age Chris Faircloth has been a very “active” person. Playing football And baseball, he then settled on freestyle BMX as his go to sport. Chris later went on to persue a life in the music industry. After a very long career as a touring drummer, he retired and began to focus on his health and pushing his body to the limits. A fasinacition with the human body and the science behind training are the driving force that have led him to further his education as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. With certifications in Weight Loss, Nutrition Coaching, Supplement Guidance and Alternative Diets as well, Chris is able to help navigate you to your fitness goals.

Kate Holliday Faircloth spent most of her career in the fashion and entertainment industries. With her background in modeling and acting, she decided to give fitness competing a go. After earning her Pro Status with FMG International, Kate went on to join Chris at 3V Training.
